Kevin O'Brien is a Partner of Stratos Wealth Partners, an advisor run organization that specializes in the practice and execution of comprehensive financial planning and implementation services. Stratos is a national network of distinguished experienced financial planning practitioners spread throughout the country and powered by LPL Financial.

Kevin has over twenty-five years of financial industry experience and continues to advise closely held business owners, professionals and multi-generational families on accumulation, preservation and transfer of wealth. He began his career as a senior financial planner at Investment Advisors International, a division of the worldwide sports marketing firm International Management Group (IMG). There he developed personal financial plans for the firm's clients, athletes and professionals throughout the world. He ran the in-house retirement department as consultant to other planners on all qualified and non-qualified retirement plan issues.

At that time he earned his J.D. degree from Cleveland Marshall Law School as he assisted in-house counsel with client retirement, estate and life insurance planning. Kevin continued those practices over the years at several public investment firms as a senior corporate services advisor, assisting companies with implementing employer stock option and financial planning programs.

Kevin's mission is to provide high quality value added services and to produce creative results-oriented strategies that manage client's long-term financial well-being for wealth enhancement, wealth transfer and asset protection strategies. He continues to focus his educational developments in advanced estate and retirement planning areas.

Kevin is a member of both the Estate Planning Council of Cleveland and the Northern Ohio Planned Giving Council. He currently resides in Pepper Pike, Ohio with his wife and two children and enjoys golf, travel, gardening and skiing in his spare time.
