Renata Carico is a Financial Advisor with Pettinelli Financial Partners (PFP). In her role at PFP, she combines her financial planning and investment expertise as well as her education in engineering with her life experiences to not only guide clients in their pursuit of their financial goals and dreams, but also to mentor them throughout the process. Her focus is on developing meaningful client relationships and client confidence to actively participate in their pursuit of financial independence.

Renata began her wealth management as a financial consultant and financial advisor with Charles Schwab where she effectively built and managed her client practice with an emphasis on creating deep client relationships.  Most recently, in addition to building her personal practice, she was a Financial Advisor with BluPeak Credit Union and Investment Services.

Why did Renata choose PFP for her own personal journey as a financial advisor? She was attracted to the PFP philosophy of working with a robust, talented team to strengthen and support her goals to guide and counsel clients for the long-term.  In fact, Renata believes strongly in the PFP team philosophy of “working with a common purpose” to help create the best possible outcomes for clients.  She is also a mentor for newer advisors who can turn to her for assistance and advice on how to connect with clients often helping new advisors learn from her past experiences.

Renata graduated from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana with her BS degree in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering.  She obtained her Series 7 license held through LPL Financial and Series 66 license held through LPL Financial and Stratos Wealth Partners in investments.

A mother of four adult children, Renata is also a fitness enthusiast who enjoys weight training, road biking, and hiking.  She also taught the Personal Financial Planning math classes at the University of California’s Personal Financial Planning Extension program and volunteers for the Second Harvest Food Bank.
