Shane’s desire to learn, understand and respect money came from his grandfather who took over the family farm after his own father’s untimely death. Living within your means is one of the values instilled in Shane from a young age, shaping his approach to financial planning.

As a graduate from Utah State University, Shane is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®). He holds Series 7 held by LPL Financial and Series 66 held by Stratos Wealth Partners plus life insurance and annuity licenses.

When not solving financial puzzles for clients, Shane enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, son, two daughters and their golden retriever, Scout.
